The Operation and Market Analyst Intern, supports all activities necessary for successfully executing Advantage benchmarking studies and custom client programs:
Where You’ll be Located:
The role is mainly remote. However, occasional meeting of the Team in Milan. Access to a telephone line and to a fast internet connection is necessary. You will be provided with all the necessary tools: PC, software, access to our proprietary platforms etc.

Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Italian Team:
The Operation and Market Analyst Intern, supports all activities necessary for successfully executing Advantage benchmarking studies and custom client programs:
- Collaborate with the in-market Operations team in Italy and the program management team in Toronto to ensure that the Advantage program runs on schedule and aligns with the company’s overall strategic goals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Verify that the survey setup is consistent with the requirements agreed upon with customers. Work collaboratively to ensure that the required quality standards are met.
- Assist and support the processing and analysis of research data. Coordinate and collaborate on data processing and all preparatory activities for client reporting, including qualitative feedback and verbatim checks and controls.
- Assist in drafting and editing reports and presentations for customers, following the defined and agreed-upon guidelines and templates, thereby contributing to transforming data into useful and actionable insights for clients.
- Assist and support the publication of data on Advantage’s proprietary dashboards and online tools.

What we are looking for:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Sociology or equivalent.
- Predisposition and interest for data analysis, project management or market research
- Ability or willingness to handle large data sets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint
- (Preferable) Expertise or knowledge of Business Intelligence software: Tableau or equivalent BI applications
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written, B2 minimum). The selection process will be partially in English
